🐉🐉🐉 We would like to give a huge congratulations to our Harlan Middle School Academic Team for winning their 5th consecutive District Governor's Cup Championship. The standard of excellence that has been demonstrated by these young Dragons is something for our entire school district to be extremely proud of.
The Team finished 1st Overall and had several students place in individual subjects. The Quick Recall Team finished 1st overall. The FPS Team finished 2nd. In Mathematics, Harlan Marietta finished 1st, Kenan Amro finished 3rd, and Michael Lindsey finished 5th. In science, Kenan Amro finished 1st and Avery Carroll finished 4th. In Social Studies Juliana Damaa finished 1st, Brysen Robinson finished 4th, and Avery Carroll finished 5th. In Language Arts, Shaedyn Crow finished 5th. In Arts and Humanities, Juliana Damaa finished 1st and Michael Lindsey finished 3rd. In Composition, Harlan Marietta finished 1st.
We are so proud of all of our Dragons and their efforts. Their hard work and dedication truly embody what it means to be a Dragon. We would also like to congratulate coaches, Mr. Chris Day and Mr. Chris Howard. Winning a 5th consecutive District Championship is an amazing feat for our students!!
