🔥 HHS LADY DRAGON SOFTBALL 🔥 With another huge district win this evening, the HHS Lady Dragons defeated the visiting Bell County Lady Cats 13-0. The Lady Dragons were led offensively by Ella Farley, who went 4-4 on the evening. Addison Jackson and Ryleigh Estes each collected a couple of hits for the Lady Dragons. Defensively, Mallory McNiel received the win from the mound! Let's go, Green!! 🐉
Great News!! We have resolved our plumbing and water issues and will operate on a normal schedule for tomorrow April 19, 2024.
All Harlan Independent Schools will be on their normal schedules for Friday, April 19, 2024.

🐉 Lady Dragons WIN! 🥎 It was a big night at the HHS Softball field as the Lady Dragons defeated the visiting Middlesboro Lady Jackets 13-10. The Big Green Nation was led offensively by Ella Farley and Gracie Hensley who both went 3-4 at the plate. Ella Lisenbee, Addison Jackson, Abbi Fields, and Ava Nunez each added several hits to pace the Lady Dragons. This makes the Lady Dragons 2-0 in District play!! 💪

We had a great ending to our week at HMS! All students with perfect attendance for the month of March got to pie either Mr. Bolton, or Mr. Day in the face! It was a fun way to end our Friday afternoon. Congrats to our students with perfect attendance! #familyofdragons

🐉 HMS 5th graders attended 4-H Safety Day today! Students were given information about weather, gun, ATV and boating safety as well as information involving what to do in case of an emergency regarding the fire department and the rescue squad. Students also wore special googles to simulate the dangers of driving under the influence. Huge thank you to our 4-H Office and all the volunteers who presented the different stations! We appreciate our community!
