The Louisville Orchestra presented a brass quintet performance for Harlan Independent students on November 3. Students much appreciated and enjoyed this unique opportunity to experience professional music as the sounds of a tuba, trombone, French horn, and trumpets filled the auditorium. In between songs, the musicians answered questions from the audience about careers in the arts, instruments, and music. Afterward, students could meet the musicians and see the instruments up close. Thank you to the Louisville Orchestra for bringing this incredible opportunity to Harlan Independent! 🐉 🎼 #LouisvilleOrchestra

Harlan Independent School District will have a Veterans Day Celebration on Friday, November 11th at 9:30 AM in the High School gymnasium. We would like to invite any Veteran in your family to attend as we recognize them during our program. 🐉 🇺🇸

Harlan Elementary students enjoyed the luau-themed pep rally yesterday. The elementary students loved helping cheer the football team to victory. Go Dragons! 🐉

🏈 It's GAMEDAY, Dragons! 🐉 Tonight our Green Dragons host the Sayre Spartans in the first round of the KHSAA 1A Playoffs. Kick-off is set for 7:30pm. Don't forget the Dragon Walk is scheduled for 5:00 PM along Central Street.
