🎉 Harlan Middle School Dominates the 2024 6th Grade Showcase! 🏆 Harlan Middle School has done it again! For the fourth year in a row and the sixth time in the last seven years, our students have risen to the occasion and absolutely dominated the Section 29 6th Grade Showcase. This year’s results not only highlight our students’ hard work and talent but also reflect the dedication and support of our incredible teachers, staff, and families. Here’s how we claimed victory: 🏅 Overall Final Standings 🥇 Harlan Middle School – 96 Points 🥈 Stinnett Elementary – 35.5 Points 🥉 Wallins Elementary – 33.5 Points Quick Recall Team Champions Our Quick Recall team showed unstoppable determination and teamwork, securing 1st Place and earning 13 points. Their dedication to excellence, their ability to work together as a team, and their hunger for success are unmatched. They represent everything that makes Harlan Middle School great. 🏀 It's GAMEDAY for your Lady Dragons. After last night's 61-40 win over Eastside, the Lady Dragons advance to play in the Powell Valley National Bank Tip-Off Classic championship game at UVA-Wise. ❄️🐉 Attention Middle School Students: Tomorrow, the HHS Prom Committee will hold a Winter Carnival in the gym during 5th and 6th periods. Tickets will be sold at the door for $1 a ticket. Games, activities, and food will range from 1 to 3 tickets. It will cost one ticket to enter the carnival. We look forward to a fun afternoon. Thank you for supporting HHS Prom 2025.
