⚾️⚾️⚾️ The HMS Baseball Game scheduled for this evening has been cancelled!
🐉 HMS 5th graders attended 4-H Safety Day today! Students were given information about weather, gun, ATV and boating safety as well as information involving what to do in case of an emergency regarding the fire department and the rescue squad. Students also wore special googles to simulate the dangers of driving under the influence. Huge thank you to our 4-H Office and all the volunteers who presented the different stations! We appreciate our community!

The HHS Lady Dragons Softball Team defeated the Middlesboro Lady Jackets 11 to 7 in the semifinals of the 13th Region All "A" Classic! Let's go green!! 🐉 Harlan's offense was led by Jordyn Smith who went 4-5 at the plate!! Addison Jackson, Ella Farley, Amy Roman, Abbi Fields, and Ryleigh Estes also collected multiple hits for the Lady Dragons!

Addison Jackson went 4 - 5 at the plate, while Ella Lisenbee, Ella Farley, Gracie Hensley, Ava Nunez, Jordyn Smith, and Ryleigh Estes all collected multiple hits for the Lady Dragons. Congratulations to the HHS Lady Dragons Softball team as they defeated the Knott County Central Patriots 15 to 6!! The Lady Dragons rallied in the 4th inning, scoring a total of 11 runs! Harlan was led offensively by Ella Lisenbee who went 4-4 during this game. Way to go, ladies!! #gobiggreen

The Lady Dragons will compete in the Somerset Turf Classic, facing their first opponent, the Knott County Central Patriots at 9:30am.
