Safer Streets with Harlan Heat!  HHS freshman Avalynn Sargent recently entered a "Paint the Plow" design contest with the KY Transportation Cabinet, and with the help of classmates Hope Johnson, Karrie Gregg, and Kastiel Napier, painted that design on a snow plow blade that will be used throughout the streets of Harlan this winter.  The "Paint the Plow" campaign promotes safe driving during winter weather conditions, and Avalynn's design will go on to represent the county of Harlan in the statewide contest which includes all 120 counties.  Great work, Avalynn, Hope, Karrie, and Kastiel! ❄️❄️🐉🐉
