Cross Country is a unique sport in which the true competition is a runner pushing their own limits and besting his/herself each race. We wanted to recognize some personal records set by some of our runners we may have missed over the last couple of races. Any effort to progress does not go unrecognized and these runners embody what it means to be a true competitor. Keep up the pace and keep pushing past your own limits! Go Dragons! #MoreThanASchool

We wanted to give recognition to some of our High School and Middle School Cross Country runners that have been showcasing this season. Most recently, a few of them placed at the Harlan County All Comers. Keep up the great work Dragons! Placements listed in the graphic. #MoreThanASchool
