Athletic Complex Phase III | PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL /BID Call for Bids The Harlan Independent Board of Education has issued a call for sealed bids on the construction of a 6,233 sf (Base Bid) or 8,541 sf (Alternate Bid), one-story Athletics Field House. T exterior shall be split-face CMU, metal wall panels and an asphalt shingle roof. Interior walls shall be painted smooth-face CMU with acoustical panel ceilings and athletic rubber and urethane cement flake flooring. The building shall house locker rooms, restrooms, coaching offices and a weight room. The owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
