Students and staff at Harlan Elementary School held their annual "Balloons Over Harlan" Parade. Student carried balloons through downtown Harlan in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade fashion.
Escorted by Harlan Police Chief Winston Yeary and followed by Santa Clause in the Harlan City Fire Department fire truck, the parade was held in honor of the many health care workers in our community.
Students and families from Harlan Middle School lined the streets to help celebrate this holiday tradition.
