Harlan Independent’s induction year for the Technology Student Association has come to a close! Thanks to these students for pioneering a new, enriching activity for our community! Caleb Engle, Christopher Taylor, Cameron Reynolds, and Jared Eldridge spent the beginning of the week experience the Kentucky TSA State Competition.
Harlan Chapter Advisor Greg Edens tells us “these students came through with lots of enthusiasm for a new adventure for all of us and really made the trip to Lexington enjoyable and enriching for us all”.
With the small group of students this first year, Harlan TSA was only able to compete in 3 events while also partaking in parliamentary voting procedures to elect new state officers and fun TSA social events. We already look forward to next year and hopefully expanding the number of students competing to represent Harlan Independent! Go Green!
