Congratulations to Dixie Vanover, Madelyn Fields, and Simone Sweatt for winning the coloring contest sponsored by the Medical Assistant Instructors at Southeast KCTCS. This was part of the First Aid/Hemlich Maneuver lessons in Mrs. Wilson’s classes. Each student won a $10 gift card to Little Caesars.

🐉 💻 Harlan Independent Technology Student Association Officers went to Lexington for the Kentucky TSA Leadership Conference. After taking advantage of multiple sessions dedicated to various leadership topics, these student leaders had lunch provided to them and enough time to play some games at Malibu Jack's in Lexington. They return to our school better equipped to help our local TSA chapter and other organizations within the school. #Leadership #HarlanTSA

🏃🏃♀️The Harlan Cross Country Team finished up their season this week with the Bell County Bobcats Challenge and The Cave Lake Classic. It was a fun and exciting season! We can't wait to see what the future holds as we build our Cross Country program!! 🐉🐉🐉

HMS Students participate in Cave Lake Fall Classic
Lillie Carver (3rd), Priscilla Stewart (8th), and Zoe Lawson (10th), Mackenzie Petrey and Josephine Toll led Harlan to a 2nd place overall finish in the girls elementary race.
TL Miller and Michael Lindsey had great showings in the boys elementary and middle races, respectively. And Cooper Thomas had a great finish in the boys varsity race.
